Greg Sherman (CEO) is the founder of CS Energy Solutions. His entrepreneurial successes include the establishment of American Video in 1979, American Conference Centers in 1993. After attending Oregon State University studying electrical engineering and psychology, he embarked upon high profile projects prior to his entrepreneurial career: These included the creation of displays for the Pentagon and other agencies of the U.S. government and the design of "war rooms" for Wall Street firms (including JP Morgan, Bankers Trust and Citibank). Commodity-trading work for Gill and Duffus.  He worked for EBASCO Services 1973-1976 a power facility construction company (currently part of URS) that builds fossil fuel, nuclear and hydroelectric power plants. 

John P. Brewster (COO) served as President and CEO of NAES Corporation located in Issaquah, Washington. NAES is the generation industry’s largest independent, third-party provider of operations and maintenance services, as well as serves the industry with specialized support services and construction services. Mr. Brewster’s background includes 37 years of experience in the energy industry including restructuring, early stage development, marketing, plant operations and executive management.  He was previously employed as the Chief Operating Officer of Calera Corporation a Khosla Venture funded Startup Company that is dedicated to reversing global warming by capturing and storing greenhouse gasses in the build environment. Mr. Brewster is an advisor to Concentric Energies and supports several companies on business development.

Dr. R. Dean Linden (CDO) is a graduate of Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada and the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. His first academic position was at the University of Toronto (1985-1989) where he served as an Assistant Professor of the Division of Neurosurgery. He joined the University of Louisville, Division of Neurosurgery as an Assistant Professor in 1989. He was promoted to Associate Professor and received tenure in 1992. In parallel to his academic career, Dr. Linden developed extensive experience as an entrepreneur. 

Dr. Wei-Ping Pan (CTO), Assistant to the President, and Director of Combustion Science and Environmental Technology at Western Kentucky University, received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Chung Yuan University, Taiwan and his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Michigan Technological University in1986. Dr. Pan has taught at Western Kentucky University since 1986. Dr. Pan was named the Sumpter Professor of Chemistry at Western in 1993 and was named a Fellow of the North American Thermal Analysis Society (NATAS) in 1997. Dr. Pan has published more than 140 peer-reviewed papers in the last 20 years, the majority of which are related to coal combustion and emissions, and materials characterization. He has pioneered work in clean coal technology, emission control, and thermal analysis involving effluent gas analysis and has used the TG/FTIR/MS technique extensively in the study of many different types of materials. Dr. Pan also has been appointed as a visiting professor for Zhijiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Southeast University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, North China Electric Power University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Hefei University of Technology, China Ming University, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Anhui University of Science and Technology.

Mr. James Shipman is the lead developer and designer.  Mr. Shipman is responsible for real time data collection and system integration with engines to achieve optimal fuel efficiency and emissions reduction using the Company’s proprietary technology.  Mr. Shipman excelled in engineering. This granted Mr. Shipman top ranking in state and national competitions for bridge building, wind power and magnetic levitation transportation projects.  

Irwin Bloom is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and responsible for financial planning, as well as financial reporting. His association with Mr. Sherman dates to 1981. Mr. Bloom began his accounting career in 1965, five years later he joined KPMG, then called Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. Mr. Bloom graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and received a Master of Business Administration in taxation from Pace University.

Dr. Jerry Weinberg, BS cum laude in Physics with Honors in Physics and Mathematics, St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY (1958), Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Atmospheric Physics, University of Colorado, Boulder, CO (1963).  Dr. Weinberg has been Principal Investigator (P.I.), Co-P.I., or Co-Investigator of manned and unmanned space experiments since 1968.  These include Pioneer 10 and 11 (the first deep space probes), Skylab (the first manned space station), Mariner Jupiter-Saturn (later renamed Voyager 1/2, two space probes that observed most of the outer planets on their separate paths out of the solar system).  Dr. Jerry Weinberg formed a clean-coal-dedicated company (CoalTek) in February 2004.

Mr. Vernon Roth is an internationally recognized lecturer on emerging technologies for fuel-efficient and environmentally-friendly energy generation. Mr. Roth has an integrated fuel technology/environmental science background.  Mr. Roth is innovating and improving the Company’s technologies. 

Dr. Marc Gerstein is an internationally recognized consultant and author with interests in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures.  Dr. Gerstein’s experience spans global industries including financial services, high-tech, industrial products, natural resources and health care.  
Dr. Gerstein has a degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer and an S.M. and Ph.D. from MIT. He was a Visiting Scholar at MIT's Sloan School, an Adjunct Full Professor at Columbia University Business School.
